Our manager has worked at the preschool since September 2015 and has a Nursery Nursing diploma and Early Years Teacher Status. She has more than 20 years experience of working with children and is committed to leading a high quality preschool that is continuously improving. She supports staff in their continuous professional development through training and development opportunities.

Our deputy manager has worked at the preschool since October 1998 and has an NVQ3 in Early Years, Care and Education. Her experience and knowledge enable her to successfully support both the manager and lead and support our team of staff.

We have three additional practitioners that make up our team of staff. They all have NVQ3 in Early Years, care and Education and have worked at the preschool for more than 17 years.

We also have an Administration Assistant who supports both staff and committee members. She holds and NVQ2 in Early Years, Care and Education and provides help during the sessions to cover staff sickness and training.

Our experience of working with children and parents combined with a commitment to providing the best possible learning environment means that children and parents who attend Pied Piper Preschool are welcomed and well supported.
